Lodge Leadership Development, or LLD, is an annual event open to all Arrowmen of Wag-O-Shag Lodge. Planned by the Core Four and Training Committee, LLD is focused on developing the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to be an effective leader within our lodge.
Throughout the event, Arrowmen have the opportunity to learn more about how our lodge operates, develop practical leadership skills, and work alongside other Arrowmen and lodge leaders. Sessions and activities cover topics such as communication, teamwork, planning, lodge operations, and other skills that can help Arrowmen become more effective leaders.
LLD isn't just for current lodge leaders. Whether you're interested in taking on a leadership position, looking for ways to become more involved, or simply want to learn more about Wag-O-Shag Lodge, LLD is a great opportunity to meet other Arrowmen, build leadership skills, and help shape the future of our lodge.
