The Lodge Executive Committee is composed of youth chairman and adult advisors who, in conjunction with the elected lodge officers, are responsible for running the lodge. Any lodge member, youth or adult, in good standing can serve on a committee as the chairman or advisor or as an assistant to the chairman. All Arrowmen are encouraged to join a committee to become more active in the lodge.
