Winter Council of Chiefs (WCOC)

Winter Council of Chiefs or WCOC is a meeting of all the lodges in our Section C-7 at the Kalahari Resort in the Dells. We will begin the day with a large meeting with our sections and our neighboring section, Section C1-B, to participate in trainings, meeting new Arrowmen, and planning our Section Conclave. Then, we end the day with food and fun at the water park. We stay overnight at the resort and leave promptly Sunday morning. The fee includes the meeting, lunch, dinner, a hotel room, and a water park pass. Carpooling is available.
